The easiest way to get Krabi is to travel to Bangkok then take the bus to Krabi. It takes about 13 hours to get to Krabi from Bangkok. Another way is to travel by train. However, the train only runs from Hua Lam Phong (Bangkok) station to Sura Thani, you still have to get the bus from there to Krabi.

The second way to take the airplane from Vietnam to Bangkok then travel to Krabi. If you departure from Tan Son Nhat international airport, the ticket price ranges from 3 to 6 million dongs, depending on the seasons. If you’are lucky, you can book some cheap tickets. Krabi airport is one of the five busiest airports in the South Thailand, about 12 kilometers to the east-north of the city center. If you travel by taxi from the airport to Ao Nang, the price is about 500-700 bath for the four-seat taxi. If you travel in the group of four, you can save money.
